Before Tryouts

All students interested in participating in any interscholastic athletic activity must have the following forms on file with the school nurse (you only need to submit these forms once each school year):

  • A signed Interscholastic Parent Permission and Concussion Information Form.
If your child plans on participating in any sport:

1. A PHYSICAL MUST BE ON FILE WITH THE NURSE TO TRYOUT
2. A CONCUSSION FORM MUST BE SIGNED AND GIVEN TO THE COACH
3. ALL SPORTS FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE FIRST GAME

Season 1 (Aug-Oct)

Cross Country: 5th-8th grade (no tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times
Soccer: 5th-8th grade (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times
Girls Volleyball: 6th/7th, 8th (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times

Season 2 (Oct-Dec)

Boys Basketball: 5th/6th, 7th, 8th (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times
Cheer: 6th-8th (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times

Season 3 (Jan-Mar)

Girls Basketball: 5th/6th, 7th, 8th (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times
Boys Volleyball: 6th/7th, 8th (tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times

Season 4 (Mar-May)

Track: 5th-8th (no tryouts) *look at calendar and listen to announcements for tryout dates and times
